This is a land that is more special than any other; whoever possesses it must serve God or will be removed, because that is God's everlasting decree. The people are not removed until the wickedness among the inhabitants is complete.

15

The brother of Jared repented of the wrong he had done and prayed to the Lord for his brothers who were with him. The Lord said to him, “I will forgive you and your brothers of your sins, but you must not sin anymore, because you should remember that my Spirit will not always strive with people. If you continue to sin until you are completely wicked, you will be cut off from my presence. These are my thoughts about the land I will give you as your inheritance, for it will be a land chosen above all other lands. ”

The Lord said, "Go to work and build barges the same way you have built them before. " So the brother of Jared and his brothers went to work and built barges as they had before, following the Lord’s instructions. The barges were small and light on the water, as light as a bird on the water.

And they were small, and they were light upon the water, even like unto the lightness of a fowl upon the water.

17

They were built in a way that made them extremely watertight, able to hold water like a dish. The bottom was tight like a dish, the sides were tight like a dish, and the ends were pointed. The top was tight like a dish, the length was about the length of a tree, and the door, when closed, was tight like a dish.

25

I am preparing you for these challenges, because you cannot cross this great ocean unless I help you face the waves, the winds, and the floods that will come. So, what do you want me to do so you can have light when you are surrounded by the depths of the sea?
